Organizational Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to lead effectiveness initiatives, workforce transformation programs, and culture‑building strategies for our clients. The role partners closely with senior leadership to enhance capability, optimize structures, and foster a high‑performing workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement OD strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct organizational assessments, workforce diagnostics, and capability reviews.
• Design and improve structures, operating models, and role frameworks.
• Lead culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create competency models, career frameworks, and capability‑building programs.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Drive change management during restructuring and business improvement projects.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to boost organizational effectiveness and workforce performance.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, team effectiveness sessions, and organizational interventions.
• Analyze engagement data, organizational metrics, and workforce insights to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, HR transformation, talent management, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading organizational effectiveness and transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience working with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage complex change initiatives and work independently in a remote setting.
