Payment Product Lead

About the role

The Payment Product Lead is responsible for driving the delivery, commercialization, and continuous improvement of payment products and digital banking channels. The role focuses on increasing client adoption, enhancing service experience, and meeting operational and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries, onboarding, and support for online channel usage, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Legal, vendors, and other departments to resolve client queries, escalations, and setup issues.
• Gather and analyze client, market, and stakeholder feedback to identify product gaps and opportunities for digital usage growth.
• Assist in creating product documentation, workflows, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional specifications for new initiatives and enhancements.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to define, validate, and test business requirements, prepare test cases, support UAT, and manage issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management or product ownership within payments or digital banking.
• Strong analytical skills to translate client and market feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination abilities across multiple internal and external teams.
• Experience in business analysis, documentation, and testing processes.
