Payroll Accountant – Bahrain

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll Accountant to join our team in Bahrain. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance with local labour regulations, and supporting the wider accounting function.
Key responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.
- Ensure compliance with LMRA, GOSI, Bahrain labour laws and internal policies.
- Prepare final settlements, end‑of‑service benefits and indemnities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date payroll records and employee data.
- Generate payroll reports and assist with payroll audits and reconciliations.
- Support the Accounts team with finance‑related tasks as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in payroll administration and salary processing.
- Strong understanding of Bahrain labour regulations, LMRA and GOSI requirements.
- Experience calculating final settlements and end‑of‑service benefits.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
