Planner – Project Scheduling & Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a Planner to develop and maintain project schedules for joinery and furniture manufacturing projects. You will work closely with Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics and external clients to ensure projects stay on track and material supplies are available.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating detailed project timelines, baseline schedules and dashboards.
• Identify critical path activities, dependencies and potential bottlenecks.
• Act as a liaison between Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Project Management.
• Support material and resource planning by coordinating with the Material Engineer and Procurement team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and track production status.
• Help resolve communication or coordination issues with the production team.
• Contribute to process improvements and propose operational innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling and operations within manufacturing or construction/fit‑out environments.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 (preferred) and MS Project.
• Experience creating baseline schedules, Earned Value Management (EVM) updates and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of project sequencing and critical path analysis.
• Ability to prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
