Project Planner – Construction & Fit‑out Projects

About the role

The Project Planner will drive schedule development, cost control and time management for fit‑out and high‑rise construction projects. Working closely with site managers, engineers and procurement, the role ensures projects stay on track and material supplies are secured.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost and time management plans.
• Prepare RFQs, gather supplier quotes and support ordering processes pre‑ and post‑contract.
• Coordinate with procurement to monitor order status, delivery dates and resolve issues.
• Act as the main interface between the company, clients and external parties for procurement closure.
• Review new jobs, flag RFIs, scope discrepancies and ensure clear communication between production and setting‑out teams.
• Manage project correspondence, compile technical material data and produce follow‑up reports.
• Present tracking reports, plot dependencies and maintain documentation with subcontractors and suppliers.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in a fit‑out company, preferably on 5‑star hotel, public area or commercial projects.
• Experience on high‑rise building projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Ready to join immediately and willing to relocate within KSA.
• Proven ability to handle extensions of time, baseline schedules, EVM, weekly/monthly reporting and dashboard creation.
