Project Planner – Construction & Fit‑out Projects

About the role

The Project Planner will drive project scheduling, cost control and time management for fit‑out and high‑rise construction projects. Working closely with site managers, engineers and procurement, you will ensure that deadlines are met and material supplies are secured.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline plans and Earned Value Management (EVM) reports.
• Coordinate pre‑contract and post‑contract activities, including RFQs, supplier quotes and order tracking.
• Act as the main interface between the company, clients, subcontractors and the Setting‑Out team.
• Review new job scopes, raise RFIs, and highlight discrepancies.
• Prepare dashboards, weekly and monthly progress reports, and present tracking data to the Project Director.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in a fit‑out company, preferably on 5‑star hotel, public area or commercial projects.
• Experience on high‑rise building projects and extension‑of‑time techniques.
• Willingness to work in Jeddah or relocate within KSA and to join immediately.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
