Project Planner – Construction Projects

About the role

The Project Planner will be responsible for estimating project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all deadlines are met. Working closely with site managers, engineers, and procurement teams, the role guarantees that material supplies and schedules align with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline plans, and Earned Value Management (EVM) reports.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, collect supplier quotes, and coordinate orders with the procurement department.
• Act as the main interface between the company, clients, subcontractors, and external parties to ensure smooth procurement and delivery.
• Review new job scopes, identify RFIs, and resolve discrepancies during the pre‑ and post‑contract phases.
• Generate weekly and monthly dashboards, track project dependencies, and produce clear status reports.
• Facilitate communication between production, setting‑out, and client teams to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in a fit‑out company, preferably on 5‑star hotel, public area, or commercial projects.
• Experience with high‑rise building projects and extension‑of‑time techniques.
• Willingness to work in Jeddah or relocate within KSA and available to join immediately.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand proper sequencing.
