Project Planner

About the role

The Project Planner will estimate project timelines, monitor deadlines and ensure material supplies are sufficient. Working closely with site managers, engineers and procurement, the role guarantees that construction projects stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost and time management plans.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, assemble supplier quotes and coordinate orders with procurement.
• Act as the main interface between the company, clients and external parties to close out procurement.
• Review new jobs, identify RFIs, scope discrepancies and support the Setting Out team.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and Earned Value Management updates.
• Maintain communication with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in a fit‑out company, preferably on 5‑star hotel, public area or high‑rise projects.
• Experience in extension‑of‑time techniques, baseline scheduling and multi‑project environments.
• Willingness to work in Jeddah or relocate within KSA and join immediately.
