Projects Manager – Fit‑out & Construction

About the role

The Projects Manager will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects for retail stores, F&B outlets, hotels and commercial offices. Working independently, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering multiple projects on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Convert tender programmes into detailed construction schedules, define procurement needs and set client meeting calendars.
• Develop project objectives, site set‑up plans, logistics, scope, budget and performance targets.
• Select and manage subcontractors, allocate internal resources (QA/QC, H&S, MEP) and ensure resource efficiency.
• Attend site meetings as company representative, approve interim payments and valuations.
• Maintain accurate progress records, report weekly to senior management and ensure clear client communication.
• Oversee health and safety on all sites, manage vendor and trade subcontractor performance.
• Prepare and hand over Operations & Maintenance manuals and manage project close‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years total experience in fit‑out contracting, with at least 7–8 years in the Middle East.
• Strong technical, execution and commercial abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of woodworking, joinery, timber, veneers and related manufacturing practices.
