QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Associate Manager will lead the quality assurance and control functions across production and project activities, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, project specifications, and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO 9001 and FSC standards.
• Develop written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Implement digital systems for quality tracking and reporting, such as dashboards and barcode systems.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks, and final product audits across joinery, metal, polishing, and packaging departments.
• Control non‑conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with relevant managers.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and method statements in line with the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Prepare and manage QC inspection reports with analysis and recommendations.
• Lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends, improvement initiatives, and corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor the effectiveness of quality procedures.
• Lead the QA/QC team, coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors, and deliver training to enhance quality awareness.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, FSC and related industry standards.
• Proven ability to implement and manage digital quality systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
