Quantity Surveyor & Procurement Coordinator

About the role

TerraForma is seeking a Quantity Surveyor & Procurement Coordinator to join its on‑site team in Manama. The role supports the commercial and execution process from quotation through procurement, cost control, site verification, variations and final account preparation, ensuring accurate pricing and smooth material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, site photos and client requirements.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs, BOQs, cost sheets and quotation breakdowns.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, prepare cost comparison sheets and assist in selection.
• Negotiate rates, payment terms, delivery timelines and scope inclusions.
• Coordinate material samples, technical submissions and approval follow‑ups.
• Draft quotations and LPOs with clear scope, quantities, rates and conditions.
• Track supplier and subcontractor payment milestones and verify delivered materials before payment recommendations.
• Visit sites to check quantities, progress and payment eligibility.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and LPOs, prepare variation cost breakdowns and support client progress claims.

Required profile

• Organised and commercially aware with strong attention to detail.
• Practical mindset that understands execution starts with accurate pricing and controlled procurement.
• Comfortable working on‑site, reading drawings and interacting with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Ability to support management with precise cost information.
