Residence Guest Service Agent (Bell Boy)

About the role

Four Seasons Residences Bahrain is a complex of 112 private residences connected to the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay by a private pedestrian bridge. The Guest Service Agent works from the Residential Lobby and Front Drive as part of the Residential Services Team, greeting residents by name on arrival and departure, transporting luggage and giving an orientation to arriving residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests, offering personal recommendations while following Four Seasons' policies
• Assist with luggage, deliveries, parcels, wine and grocery deliveries, and keep delivery records
• Answer phones at the concierge desk, deliver messages, packages, laundry and groceries to units, and help with common area services and equipment
• Deliver in-residence dining requests from third-party vendors
• Keep the lobby clean, including bell carts and storage, and act in emergencies and relieve other residential roles during meals

Required profile

• At least 1 year of bell/guest services experience in a hospitality environment
• High school education or equivalent experience
• Able to work flexible shifts including days, nights, overnight, weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand 8 hours per shift and lift and push 50-100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license

Required skills

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English with excellent communication skills
• Ability to use various IT systems and to communicate resident requests to the concierge
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multi-task
