Retained Recruiter & Marketing Retainer Consultant

About the role

The Retained Recruiter & Marketing Retainer Consultant provides ongoing recruitment, talent acquisition and marketing advisory services under a retained agreement. The consultant works closely with clients to understand their business goals, develop tailored strategies and deliver consistent support throughout the engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment assignments for assigned clients, from workforce analysis to candidate placement.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, conduct talent searches, screen applications and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to capture talent priorities and hiring challenges.
• Provide market insights, candidate availability updates and regular progress reports.
• Deliver ongoing marketing consulting, including review of current activities, identification of growth opportunities, campaign strategy development and performance analysis.
• Prepare recruitment reports, talent market analyses, marketing performance summaries and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment, sales, marketing, HR, creative and analytics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to advise clients on marketing strategy and campaign planning.
• Strong consulting, communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Excellent analytical and research capabilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Ability to manage long‑term client engagements and maintain high service quality.
