About the role

The Rooms Division Manager at Hawar Resort by Mantis leads the Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Services teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets. Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Rooms Division team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Services, ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain consistent quality.
• Monitor room inventory, collaborate with reservations, and implement revenue‑maximising strategies.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, driving improvements based on feedback.
• Prepare and manage the Rooms Division budget, control costs and identify profitability opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hotel rooms division or similar hospitality operations.
• Strong ability to recruit, train, evaluate and develop staff.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and analyse performance data.
