Sales Executive – Kitchens Division

About the role

Atlas Aluminum’s Kitchens Division is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth of its premium kitchen, wardrobe and interior solutions. Based in Tubli, Bahrain, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them from initial inquiry through design, quotation, contract negotiation and project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for kitchen and interior projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
• Provide design consultations, prepare accurate quotations and proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with design, production and installation teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system and track sales performance against targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback to improve the product offering.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development and customer relationship management.
• Background in kitchen sales, wardrobes, furniture, interior design, home improvement or construction‑related products is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to achieve monthly sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
