Sales & Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead the growth of our platform in Bahrain. The role focuses on expanding our brand partner portfolio, strengthening existing relationships, and driving commercial success in the GCC youth market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new partnership opportunities across Bahrain to drive commercial growth.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective brand partners and strategic accounts.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing partners, ensuring high engagement, retention, and growth.
• Expand partnerships through new campaigns, activations, and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute partner campaigns and deliver an excellent partner experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
• Own commercial targets and consistently meet revenue and partnership KPIs.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to leadership on new verticals and partnership opportunities.
• Work cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Bahraini national preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, account management, or similar commercial roles.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and managing strategic client relationships.
• Existing network across brands, restaurants, retailers, lifestyle, hospitality, FMCG, or related industries in Bahrain.
• Strong understanding of the Bahraini market, consumer trends, and local business landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed commercial targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Arabic and English fluency preferred.
• Based in Bahrain and available to start immediately.
