Senior Project Engineer – Fit‑out Projects

About the role
The Senior Project Engineer will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from client hand‑over through to site completion, working independently with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle on‑site, from possession of the unit to final handover.
- Define project objectives, scope, schedule and performance requirements.
- Optimize use of labour, materials and equipment to maximise efficiency.
- Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
- Maintain accurate progress records and oversee vendors and trades.
- Ensure continuous communication with clients and uphold safety, quality, cost and time standards.
Required profile
- 8–10 years of experience in similar project engineering roles.
- Strong technical and execution capabilities.
- Background with professional fit‑out contracting firms and in‑house workforces.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
- Valid local driving licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with MS Project.
- Strong command of MS Office suite.
