Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will independently lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from site possession to handover, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule and quality standards. This position reports minimally to the Project Manager and requires strong technical execution in a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire on‑site project lifecycle, from client hand‑over to final delivery.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule and performance requirements.
• Optimize labour, material and equipment usage to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records and oversee vendor and trade management.
• Ensure continuous communication with clients and uphold safety, quality, cost and time controls.
• Implement project controls, define team responsibilities and develop communication protocols.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in similar project engineering roles.
• Proven technical and execution capabilities in professional fit‑out contracting.
• Experience working with in‑house workforces and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a multinational setting.
• Valid local driving licence.
