Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from handover to client acceptance, working independently with minimal supervision. This onsite role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Take possession of units from clients and manage the entire construction phase on site.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule, and performance requirements.
• Maximise resource efficiency across labour, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records and ensure compliance with quality, safety and contractual standards.
• Oversee vendors, trades and maintain continuous communication with clients.
• Implement project controls, cost, time and quality management, and contract administration.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in construction or fit‑out projects.
• Proven technical and execution abilities.
• Experience with professional fit‑out contracting firms and in‑house workforces.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
• Valid local driving licence.
