Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from client hand‑over to final site delivery. Working with minimal supervision, the role requires strong technical execution and the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects on site, from possession to handover.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule and performance requirements.
• Maximise efficiency of labour, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records and oversee vendor and trade management.
• Ensure continuous communication with clients and manage project controls, cost, time, quality, safety and contract administration.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in similar fit‑out or construction engineering roles.
• Proven technical and execution abilities.
• Experience with professional fit‑out contractors and in‑house workforces.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Valid local driving licence.
