Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from hand‑over to final delivery, working independently with minimal supervision. This role combines technical expertise with strong coordination to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of site projects, from possession to handover.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule and performance requirements.
• Optimize use of labour, materials and equipment to maximise efficiency.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records and oversee construction sites.
• Manage vendors, trades and maintain continuous communication with clients.
• Implement project controls covering cost, time, quality, safety and contract administration.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in fit‑out or construction project engineering.
• Proven technical and execution abilities in a multinational environment.
• Experience with professional fit‑out contractors and in‑house workforces.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid local driving licence.
