Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from handover to client delivery, working independently with minimal supervision. This position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and vendors on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project on site, from possession of the unit to final handover.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule, and performance requirements.
• Maximise resource efficiency across labour, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate progress records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee construction sites, manage vendors and trades, and ensure continuous client communication.
• Implement project controls covering cost, time, quality, contract, and safety management.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in similar project engineering roles.
• Strong technical and execution abilities.
• Previous experience with professional fit‑out contractors and in‑house workforces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
• Valid local driving licence.
