Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition initiatives. In this role you will shape recruitment strategy, build strong candidate pipelines and partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring priorities, develop staffing plans and provide market insights.
• Maintain and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database.
• Monitor hiring metrics, prepare recruitment reports and recommend process improvements.
• Represent the employer brand at career fairs, networking events and through relationships with educational institutions.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading full‑cycle recruitment for multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to analyse recruitment data and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Data analysis for recruitment metrics.
