Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Site Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end execution across multiple fit‑out sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, external contractors, and client representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site surveys and ensure accurate setting‑out and interior finish marking.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with quantity take‑offs and specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
• Review daily site reports, capture progress photos, and report to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and monitor the work of supervisors, charge hands, and trades (MEP, mall, landlord, tenant, etc.).
• Enforce safety and first‑aid protocols and promptly report any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and document action items.
• Record daily timesheets for workers and manage extended hours, weekends, or night shifts as required.
• Validate as‑built quantities for final account reporting and prepare O&M manuals.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with a professional contracting firm.
• Proven track record on diverse projects such as hospitality, high‑end residential, retail, education, and health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in a multinational environment.
• Excellent technical and execution capabilities.
