Senior Valuations & Business Modeling Executive

About the role

As a Senior Valuations and Business Modeling Executive you will support EY Parthenon's MENA Oil and Gas clients with strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and fair market value documentation. You will develop your career through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make technical contributions to valuation and modelling on client engagements and internal projects.
• Work on large Oil and Gas clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their businesses, markets and issues.
• Perform research and analysis of target industries and comparable quoted companies.
• Handle day‑to‑day client queries and attend internal and external meetings related to assignments.
• Execute valuation calculations and analyses, draft presentations and reports, and formulate views on value.
• Present conclusions to the team and contribute to client presentations of findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business.
• Minimum 3 years of valuation experience with Oil & Gas/Energy clients.
• Experience in M&A, purchase price allocations and fair value projects.
• Strong financial modelling skills for Energy businesses.
• Demonstrated hunger to grow professionally and progress toward CFA, CA or similar qualification.
• Analytical, logical thinker with strong attention to detail and a collaborative team attitude.
