Service Field Manager

About the role

Join TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L as a Service Field Manager based in Manama. You will lead a team of technicians delivering elevator maintenance and repair services, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily activities of the service field team, maintaining performance and safety standards.
• Develop and implement service plans that meet client requirements and company objectives.
• Ensure maintenance and repair tasks are performed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with clients, internal departments and suppliers to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Analyze field operation data, identify improvement areas and apply corrective actions.
• Schedule and deploy field resources to optimise workload and responsiveness.
• Provide technical guidance, promote professional development and knowledge sharing among staff.
• Monitor health and safety policies and foster a safety‑first culture in all field activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field service management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the elevator or building services sector.
• Strong understanding of technical service processes, maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with capacity to devise strategic solutions to operational challenges.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with service management software.
• Competence in standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
