Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead all on‑site activities for assigned construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and labour while maintaining safety and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set out interior finishes.
• Develop and maintain work programmes and schedules, preferably using MS Project.
• Prepare daily site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and supervise workers and charge‑hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate with multiple trades (MEP, mall, landlord, tenant) and ensure compliance with drawings.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid procedures and report any incidents immediately.
• Liaise with factory teams for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and record action items.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all site personnel.
• Verify as‑built quantities from subcontractors and prepare final account reports.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong ability to manage labour daily and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
• Experience using Microsoft Project for scheduling.
