Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead all on‑site activities for assigned construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and labour teams while providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set‑out/mark interior finishes.
• Develop and maintain work programmes and schedules, preferably using MS Project.
• Prepare daily site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and supervise workers and charge hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate with multiple trades (MEP, mall, landlord, tenant) and ensure safety and first‑aid compliance on site.
• Report any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents to the Project Manager immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and record action items.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all workers.
• Work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts when required.
• Verify as‑built quantities from subcontractors and prepare final account reports.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong organisational, teamwork and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage labour daily and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with Microsoft Word.
• Experience with MS Project for scheduling.
