Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead all on‑site activities for assigned construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and labour teams while providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set‑out interior finishes.
• Develop and maintain work programmes and schedules, preferably using MS Project.
• Prepare daily site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and supervise workers and charge‑hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate with multiple trades (MEP, mall, landlord, tenant) and monitor safety and first‑aid compliance.
• Report any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents to the Project Manager immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager, record discussions, and act on agreed actions.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all workers.
• Work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts when required.
• Verify as‑built quantities from subcontractors and submit final reports for account closure.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong ability to manage labour on a daily basis.
• Action‑oriented, detail‑focused, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent teamwork and customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Microsoft Word.
• MS Project for scheduling.
