Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead all on‑site activities for assigned construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and labour teams while providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set‑out interior finishes.
• Prepare work programmes and schedules, preferably using MS Project.
• Generate daily site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and supervise workers and charge hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate multiple trades on‑site, including MEP, mall, landlord, and tenant works.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; report any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and act on discussion points.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all workers and be available for extended hours, weekends, or night shifts as required.
• Verify as‑built quantities from subcontractors and prepare final account reports.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in site supervision or similar construction roles.
• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong ability to work with CAD, Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Action‑oriented, detail‑focused, and capable of prioritising tasks.
• Excellent teamwork and customer‑service mindset.
• Proven experience in daily labour management.
