Store Supervisor – Luxury Beauty Retail

About the role

As a Store Supervisor for the Parfums De Marly boutique within Chalhoub Group, you will lead a sales team to achieve targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will act as the bridge between the store and back‑office, ensuring operational excellence and supporting key customer‑centric initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team, delivering on sales targets and guest experience standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, SOP compliance and staff scheduling.
• Implement and monitor CRM, CX and loyalty‑program initiatives (MUSE) in‑store.
• Manage click‑and‑collect processes, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Capture accurate customer data in line with marketing requirements.
• Coordinate in‑store events and act as primary liaison with back‑office teams.
• Provide feedback on store performance and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in beauty or luxury retail.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop talent and drive team engagement.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and loyalty‑program tools.
