About the role

As a Store Supervisor for Penhaligon's at Marassi Galleria, you will lead a luxury retail environment, driving sales performance while delivering exceptional service to VIP customers. You will manage daily operations, develop your team, and ensure the brand’s standards are consistently upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying the brand’s values in every customer and team interaction.
• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database, building strong relationships and identifying future selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of product trends, competitor activity, and market insights, sharing feedback with back‑office teams.
• Leverage both online and offline sales channels to create a hybrid, omnichannel experience.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent; foster a positive, trust‑based work environment.
• Coach team members, monitor development plans, and handle performance improvement processes transparently.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset, focusing on VIP clienteling, data‑driven personalization, and e‑commerce initiatives.
• Recruit new clients, convert them into loyal VIPs, and continuously expand the customer base.
• Ensure compliance with all sales and operational policies, maintaining operational excellence.
