About the role

We are seeking a people‑focused professional to lead talent acquisition, strengthen employee relationships, and design development programmes across the organisation. The role blends recruitment, employee engagement and talent development to help teams reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, employees, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Design and implement initiatives that boost employee engagement, communication and workplace satisfaction.
• Support employee‑relations matters and address workplace concerns professionally.
• Coordinate talent‑development, career‑growth and learning programmes.
• Partner with managers to identify talent needs and support people strategies.
• Maintain and improve recruitment, employee‑relations and talent‑management processes.
• Analyse people‑related data to identify retention and engagement opportunities.
• Support performance‑development and succession‑planning initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high‑performing organisational culture.
