Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner Manager to lead recruitment initiatives and partner with business leaders in Bahrain. The role combines end‑to‑end talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement and HR strategy implementation to drive organisational success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead full recruitment cycles – sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders and support performance management, succession planning and talent development.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and organisational development programmes.
• Analyse recruitment and HR metrics to improve workforce effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain labour laws, company policies and HR best practices.
• Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related field.
• Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR business partnering or related leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strategic mindset with problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
• Workforce analytics expertise.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies.
