Team Leader – Food & Beverage (Obab Al Bahar)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader for the Obab Al Bahar outlet within the Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain resort. The role involves overseeing daily Food & Beverage operations, motivating staff, and ensuring service excellence for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities of the F&B team and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Motivate, guide and train team members to achieve organisational goals.
• Create and enforce timelines, delegate tasks and monitor performance.
• Maintain professional and discreet guest interactions, greeting and attending to guests promptly.
• Prepare duty rosters, brief staff before shifts and adjust schedules as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Basic computer literacy and intermediate technical know‑how.
• Experience handling telephone enquiries.
• Familiarity with the Micros Cashiering system.
