Technical Recruiter – Remote (Bahrain)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing technology organization seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, IT and other technical positions. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting our Bahrain‑based operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineering, DevOps, QA, data engineering and more.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring strategies and interview processes.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and talent databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct structured technical and behavioral interviews, and coordinate assessments.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics, produce hiring reports and support employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, IT or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition for IT/engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of technical positions such as software engineers, DevOps, QA and data engineers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple open roles in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Proficient sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
