About the role

The Bar & Lounge Director leads the luxury cocktail lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue, and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all bar and lounge operations, ensuring seamless, elevated guest experiences.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to boost revenue, profitability, and brand recognition.
• Lead, inspire, and develop management and line‑level teams for operational excellence.
• Drive beverage innovation through creative cocktail programs, premium spirit selections, and seasonal offerings.
• Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and operations teams on concepts, activations, and promotional events.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and revenue optimization.
• Manage inventory, purchasing controls, and stock accountability.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing, health and safety, and responsible alcohol service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5‑8 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, upscale nightlife, or premium lounge operations.
• Proven success managing high‑volume, luxury food and beverage venues.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in hospitality management systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
