HR Lead / General Manager – Director, Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Director will lead YVY Agricultura Digital’s overall strategy, operations and growth in Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, on‑site position requires setting strategic objectives, driving business development and ensuring seamless collaboration between commercial, technical and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s strategic roadmap and growth targets.
• Oversee business development initiatives, partnership building and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, monitor performance metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
• Represent the company at key meetings, industry events and with government or regulatory bodies.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering an inclusive and high‑performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and management experience in fast‑paced, multicultural environments.
• Strong background in strategic planning, business development and operational finance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in agriculture, technology or digital solutions, preferably in emerging markets or the Middle East.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Agriculture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
